About the Doctor
Dr. Calixto Alfonso graduated from New York Chiropractic College in December of 1992 having passed the New York board before graduating and obtaining his New York license on graduation. At New York Chiropractic College he was one of the first Lifeguards to work for the school.
In January of 1993 he moved to Florida and obtained his Florida Chiropractic license. He has been a Florida chiropractor and treating the citizens of this fine state since.
What We Do
Car Accidents
After a car accident, your life can change in a hurry. Injuries can hinder your ability to function as before and sometimes the pain does not appear until two or three days have passed. There are times when a person may think “I will live with this kink or pain for a while and eventually it will go away “, only to realize that it does not go away.
The State of Florida gives you 14 days after an accident to see a Doctor, please do not let your rights pass you by.
Falling Injury
Slip and Fall injuries are different in that there is NO 14 day window where you can lose your rights, however, it has been my experience that it is best to make an accident report and immediately consult our office if you are injured.
Attorney Support
I am not an attorney, but in the 29 years that I have been practicing Chiropractic medicine, I have worked with many attorneys. If you feel that you need an attorney our office can provide you with a list of attorneys that have represented some of our patients in the past. There are cases where you are represented by an attorney but are not happy with the treatment facility. You can choose to change your treating provider, in this case, we contact your previous clinic to request your medical records and better understand your situation. It is not necessary to change attorneys.

We have two locations covering Dade county one in Flagler and the other on Sw 120th street.
These offices do not close until 9:00 pm and are open all day.
Our Kendall office opens at 7:00 am. Our hours are set with our patients in mind and for their convenience. Both offices are open on Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm.
